Default mandir in himachal pradekh

According to legend, Lord Shiva’s consort Sati once burnt herself alive in Yagna to avenge an insult to Lord Shiva. The distraught Shiva picked her corpse and gyrated his horrified dance. Then Lord Vishnu unleashed his Chakra and cut the Sati’s body into fifty one pieces to save the earth from Shiva’s wrath. All the fifty one places - where parts of Sati's body fell, became known as Shakti Peeths.

The Shakti Peethas (holy places of cosmic power) are places of worship consecrated to the goddess 'Sati', the female principal of Hinduism and the main deity of the Shakta sect. They are sprinkled throughout the Indian subcontinent.

This goddess is often associated both with Gowrī/Parvati, the benevolent goddess of harmony, marital felicity and longevity, with Durga, goddess of strength and valour, and with Mahakali, goddess of destruction of the evil.

The Astashakti and Kalika Purana clearly says (IN SANSKRIT):
“Bimala Pada khandancha,
Sthana khandancha Tarini (Tara Tarini),
Kamakshya Yoni khandancha,
Mukha khandancha Kalika (Dakshina Kalika)
Anga pratyanga sanghena
'Vishnu Chakra Kshyta nacha”.'

Does anyone know and can they give me an English translation for it?

Situated in just outside of the town the beautiful temple dedicated to Brajeshwari Devi. This was once filled with a legendary wealth of diamonds and pearls. Mahmood Ghazni came here in 11th century and took away all the wealth with him. It was rebuilt by a Katoch King in 1043. The temple was again destroyed by an earthquake in 1905.

Nice place to go.....
