Baby Blisters & Rashes

Hi All,
I am in desperate in need of some help from someone . I recently took my 10 months old son to India from US . He was fine until 2 weeks back , he got blisters and rashes all over his face and hands . I reisde in chromepet and we went to a near by pediatrician. He wasn't sure why he got this ,but he told that he got allergic to something. My son puts everything in his mouth and I am not sure whether this is because of some dirt/dust.

The doctor suggested 4 syrups (Advent forte syrup, Cafopro Syrup,Allegra suspension,Entero Sermina) and one body lotion (Fudic cream) and asked to be on this medication for 5 days. Tody is his fourth day and he got severe diaper rashes. There is no big improvement on blisters and its kind of spreading. We are applying Balmer for diaper rash as of now ,but I am highly worried.

could somebody share their experiences . Whether this is normal and what should I do in the above case.

Any useful tips/guidance will be very helpful to me.
