When your baby start walking?

    Aanya is 11 mth old & still no sign of walking, although she takes support & trying to stand & move, but without support she can't.

    Do share ur baby walking experience.

    every child is different.. so don't worry abt walking... i've 2 kids... my son is elder who started walking when he was one year old... and my daughter started walking when she was 1 year and 3 months old... i just want to give suggestion tht don't try to make her walk... let her do it herself... whenever she will feel confident she will start walking... so leave it on her...

    Don't worry.Many kids do not walk until their first birthday.

    As you have mentioned she is taking support and standing,that itself is a good sign.She will walk in a month or two_Once she starts walking you have to run around the house :).So don't worry


    My daughter started walking at almost 10th month and was running around the house during her first birthday and I was thinking she could have started walking (little bit late around 13 months)around her first birthday.

    mine did at 16 months and our paedsaid that's still within normal range! try not to worry...

    Riya took her first independent 10 steps when she was 13 months old, and at 14 months she started walking on her own.

    Cheer - Upto 18 mnths is normal for independant walking so you dont need to worry at all. If you remember when she first pulled up to stand by herself (not you making her stand) while holding onto something you can expect independant walking 4-5 mnths from that.

    Mine started her first steps at 11 months and started walking before her birthday. She was really fast.
    Dont worry Aanya will keep u fit very soon.
