Sindhu, I just had 45 minutes of utter nightmare with Riya's sleep. It wasn't this hard the first time we taught her to fall asleep, but now that she's older, it's getting really, really difficult. And she takes only an hour nap during the day too! The rest of the time she's the energizer bunny, with me following her around.
Latha, I am glad things went well at the play date and most importantly Ananya is getting better at sleep. Hope it stays that way forever.
Vanathi, belated happy birthday. Cute little kid you got there, and a smart one too!
Krithika, how did the sleep go for you guys?
I went 'gym shopping' today and have decided to try out one for a week before joining. This one doesn't have a pool though, I am kind of disappointed about that as I like to do aqua aerobics in the summer, but the prices are much less and they provide free child care compared to the other one. I start tomorrow so let's see how it goes.
The big disappointment for today was that the church I was hoping to get Riya in for part time child care, doesn't have a spot until August. So my plans for getting back to school have to wait too.
I hope Riya sleeps through the night. I never valued sleep this much before Riya arrived - shows how many simple things in life we take for granted.
