    Hi

    We went to India recently. There I noticed my 1 yr old developing reddish patches of tiny bumps on her body - mainly face and back ( bum and above bum). Its been many weeks they are not going and drying up. Once I applied diaper rash ointment they appeared drying but back to red. I tried many things - aquaphor, cetaphil, all kind of oils - neem etc.
    I remember I used to have similar ones in india, I think in rainy seasons. I have no idea what it is. They are not expanding or increasing but not going away either. Does not look like fungal. Could not be diaper rash as its on face.

    Please suggest.

    @Sanjuruby3

    Welcome back hope you had a nice india trip.
    My DS developed same thing 3-4 weeks back on Face and back, and he was not bothered about it. I thought it could be heat rash or Varicella Vaccine (he even developed 102 fever before it started). But they dried and disappeared after 10 days. I did not apply anything apart from regular moisturizer and lot of liquids.
    It it lasts more than a week, take her to doctor.
    Hope this helps
