I do not know what to suggest with 2 lines question. Probably you need to check with doc. Sleeping at odd hours 11PM is I think normal as they are still adjusting. My daughter use to sleep at 9-11 pm till her routine was set at later months and she was sleeping through night from the beginning (not asking milk).

Is she growing fine? Her weight and other feeds.

If her weight gain is fine as per pediatrician, there is no need to wake her up for dream feeds.

Count your blessings and have a peaceful sleep. At 4 months sleep regression might start.

The kid won't have a peaceful sleep if he/she's hungry.. try once/ twice feeding milk in night. Sometimes kid drink while being half asleep:) If the kid doesn't drink, do not force
