    hai,
my dd is 4 months n 4days old, n just came back from her fourth month checkup.
i am very disappointed to c that she has just put on 400gms in 1month i.e. between 3-4months she is ebf, from birth till third month she had put on almost 900gms every month
does weight gain reduce from 4th month?in ebf babies, also from past 5days she has been waking up every 1 hour in night for milk, does this mean she is not having enought to eat, should i give her top feed?

unicorn, the growth does slow down as the babies grow up. As long as the doctor is not concerned, try to relax. Also, around this time is when babies go through growth spurts. i.e they want to drink often. It is OK to feed them and burp them when they want to.

At the 4 month mark as Rakhii has mentioned babies experience growth spurts. They also experience sleep regressions causing a change in their sleep schedule.
