Hello, moms
i have a 4 month old..and don't know many people here who have babies of that age..so I thought of starting this thread where we can discuss what our babies are doin...
we can discuss anything from our queries to our worries..
soon our babies will start eating ..so it's with be really nice have a group where we can check are we doing it right and also can discuss about their milestones..

So let's share how they keep us busy and how we keep them busy..

it will be like how we discussed everything in our due date club..let's carry it on here..

My twins completed their 3rd month last week and officially in their 4th month from this week..i would be glad to be a part of this group..

Hey...my baby has completed 4 months. Doc told me to introduce rice kanji and apple juice. I gave him rice kanji for 2 days now he is down with severe cough, cold and sore throat along with fever. Now I will wait till he completes 5.5 months to introduce any kind of outside food. How many have started giving liquids other than bm.

April, my doc has said no solids atleast until 5.5 months..she said baby weight gain and growth is good so no need to give anything other than BM..
and she said if baby tries to grab food , acts like chewing and showing lots of interest in food then may be we can start giving solids..
Consult any other pedi for consultation regarding giving solids..

how your babies are sleeping at night and how much day time nap they take?

mine sleeps around 10.30pm and wake up for feeding @ 12.30, 5, 7.30 after 5am he doesn't deep sleep keeps on waking up..

hi rainbo,

My girl sleeps through the night waking up for feeds at around 11,2,5 and 9 in morning. After that too,she sleeps and wakes up for 3 hourly feeds. But she does not have deep sleep after that. Evening she is active at her best.

My boy follows the same routine except that he is alert at nights and sleepy during day time.

Can we start collecting information about baby food for each month? This way we will be prepared for when the time comes.

Hi ..my baby does not hv a fixed schedule since the time he fell ill..earlier he used to sleep at 12 and wake up by 7. Now he sleeps at 11.30 wakes up in an hour and does not refuse to sleep till 3. This schedule is driving me nuts.

how much does your baby's weighs and what's their length plz share..

My baby weights 13.15 lbs in weight and is 25 1/4 in height.

He got his shots. Also he has started crawling to reach things rolls both ways on tummy and back. Reaches things.
