Raj - Wow...she's sitting...getting to be a big girl now....she looks cuter everyday! Is she rolling over as well? I'm asking because Aadhu never rolled much and he too sat rather early.

Riya is looking so cute, bubbly and sweet...running out of adjectives here.

Reminds me of my sons when they were babies..they too had lot of hair when they were born and according to our family custom, we did "Mottai" for both of them only after their first b'day.

Till then, I had to take utmost care, clean it & comb it often.

At that time, I didn't have digicams..probably I can scan their pics and then post it here.

I did see some of your posts about starting solid food.if you don't mind....may I suggest you can give her mild "ven pongal"..since she is almost 5 and half months..right? Since it is already in a well mashed form (if you give lot of whistles in the cooker), it will be easy for her to swallow and digest.

Babies will love this taste and you can also add ghee, moong dhal is especially nutritious and has protein..from rice you get the carbs..all in one shot.

Thanks poornima . This is his Calm after Storm look. He looks at you as though he is the most innocent child after creating a major ruckus. As for his nails, he does not allow me to file it after clipping it.....
