Query regarding Stool

Hi Ladies,

I'm having a query regarding stool. My baby didn't stool since yesterday early morning. I breast feed & sometime giving her formula too. Due to this she is not drinking much milk.

Any suggestion would be helpful.

Hi,

Try getting Gerber-Purity's Prunes and feed the baby with that. It helps to avoid constipation.

It is very normal for some babies not to go for poo poo daily. Try to give good massage if possible daily that will help the baby

Even my son didnt poop for two days and those days he didnt feed properly, but its quite normal for babies not to have bowel movement for 2 to 3 days, if it continues more than 4 days ask ur pediatrician and can give prune juice..

thanx sarvani, she did poop today early morning. I'll sure next time giv her prune juice.

Hi,
I heard it is normal for breastfeed babies . Even If they didnt poo for 1 weeek it is normal. She is storing all the food. My mom used to put raisin in hot water and give my son that water. I does works out once in a while
