Checking with all if any one faced this problem with your kid.
My kid is 9 months old and he started crying all of sudden and hospital gave antibiotic for ear infection .Again it heppened after the course completed. This time I visited another Hospital and doctor asked me to admit the kid and gave the antibotic through drip (through vein) .Both the time ear fuzz came out from my kid which was wet. After 3 days admit got discaharged and again hapened the same thing. This time pediatrician suggested us to meet ENT specialist and he mentioned that no antibotic required and only recofast medicine required to dry up .I am not sure is all the right process I am following.Bit tensed as we are new.The hospital i visited is Kamakshi Memorial Hospital.today is the 5th day and it was dried and again i see bit in his ear in the evening..
    Please throw your experience here.
    Thanks

My daughter is 3 but she has recently had 2 rounds of ear infection because of excessive cold. The first time pus came out because her drum ruptured. Second time that was prevented though. Both times she was on antibiotics to dry the pus and clean up the infection. Added was paracetamol to prevent the ear pain. Young babies have ear infevtion. Its common. Their eustachian tubes are so small that the cold from the nose tends to go into it. Then that pressure often causes the drum to rupture. This heals up in a couple of months. But make sure no water enters the ear during bath etc. During this time.
