Hi all,

I have heard from few ppl that they give bath to their kids after meals in night and make them sleep (especially the ones who are working)..

I recently have started doing the same for my 11 month old baby.. I gave her dinner around 7 - 7:30 PM and gave bath at 8 PM and then fed formula and put her to sleep..

My question is whether is this ok to give baby bath after dinner.. If so, wont the baby feel hungry soon in midnight..?

FYI.. I am bf my baby still at nights ...

Hi ,

The idea is that baby will feel tired after bath and will sleep well.
If you feel your baby is hungry after bath give him/her a night feed before bed or when baby sleeps..
