Smile Schooling in France

Hi all,
This is Bharrgavi. I'm living in france for the past 1 and half years.
Myself and my husband both work in France.
We has a son who is 2years and 3 months old.
He is going to daycare. In the daycare, they speak french, at home we speak english and tamil.
He understands all the 3 languages and he has started speaking all the 3 languages a little bit, all the words that he speaks is not clear. I know it will take some more time for him to pickup his vocabal.
I heard that in france, the childeren are put in schools at the age of 2 and half. The schools academic year starts from sep to aug.
Do somebody live in France and know better about the schooling in france.
I prefer a school where english is thought from the initial classes, so that it will be easy for him when we go to India for him to join in a school.
He is very good in tamil, he understands well and responds to our questions, so i think he can pickup speaking tamil.
Somebody kindly help me to find a school that teaches english for kids from their initial calsses.

Hoping for a reply.
Thanks in advance.
Bharrgavi Vijaykumar
