coming to brussels for short trip

hi i'll be in brussels on a short official trip

can u tell me how is the weather there in aug end -sept mid (i know there are several weather sites etc but don't want to check thr)....

and most importantly good places to see there on weekends and good joints for veg food

how about travel....is it easy to travel thr?...do they have concept of weekend bus and train passes...how costly is the place??

and what items can i buy from brussels to gift my family here in india?
