Whats in demand in Amsterdam?

Hi,
I am Deepti and would be moving to Amsterdam in august and most probably will be staying in Amstelveen. I want to earn some money through working from home so need your ideas as what can be started at home. I can teach english, knows threading, can teach Dance and can cook north Indian food well :). As i am not aware of what is in demand in Amsterdam cannot decide anything. I need your help to decide what to choose as profession or if i can start something else at home to earn a little money :)
Your suggestions and advices are most welcome.
