Home Daycare

Dear Friends,
I'm expecting my baby by March last week. I may not get a long leave and may be after 12 weeks I need to get back to work. I would like to know if anyone could suggest me a good homeday care, who is willing to take infant of 3 months, preferrably in and around sunnyvale.
Any help appreciated.
