Mega Photo Exhibition-"Super Reflections"

Dear IL friends,
Please share with my family the proud moment of my daughter Swetha’s (also an IL member) participation in “Super Reflections”, a mega photo exhibition portraying Indian Classical dance to be held at Regency Room, Hyatt Regency, Deira, Dubai from 15^th to 18^th January, 2009. This programme is being organized by master craftsman Mr.Kali Jal, an ace photographer, who is very passionate about Indian dances.

Admission is free for all and we look forward to your encouraging participation.

Dear Usha and Swetha,

I have been in practice for 25 years. Never have I thought of living in the Gulf or other exotic places. But seeing this beautiful invite, I sincerely thought it would have been better if I had lived in Dubai. For my wife and I would the first to attend.

Wishing Swetha the best of luck. Now Usha, be a good mother and do a good "dristhi suthi poduthal" on Swetha for she looks really dashing in the dancing outfit.

Thank you so much for those words of appreciation. We, as dancers, perform for recognition and praise from the audience. I'm overwhelmed to have received such a response from all of you.

The actual credit for the pictures goes to my Guru, the photographer and my Amma. They all have worked magic! Amma is the one who did my hair and make-up ...

We had a wonderful day at the exhibition. Many people attended the exhibition and liked my pictures. I wish all of you could have also been here and enjoyed the pictures.

Pls continue to shower your love and blessings on me, so that I can achieve much more in both, my career and in my first love, Dance.
