hi samah.

Is it necessary that you stay close to his office location....

The best sloution is ALQUOZ............ and then ALBARSHA..............if thats the case. Or else you can stay anywhere in BURDUBAI?SATWA?KARAMA..... that will be easier for hospitals/small time shoppings and also schools.

These days all schools have buses pying over anywhere in Dubai. so that not an issue.

If you can afford, then DISCOVERY GARDENS, the new location near IBN BATUTA is the best location......................... easily reachable shopping centres/hospital and schools and good houses for rent..................
This is all I can think about immediately.
Please elaborate your requirements and am sure the reponses will be clear and more..............

Hi sam,

You are welcome . Here in I L we are there to help, so feel free.

Modern High school is the only ICSE board in dubai and is a very good school, the only with day boarding facility after grade 3. Its quite expensive. The schhol is intending to move to NAD AL SHEBA next year............. thats near ACADEMIC CITY....

Go to gemsschools website and you may get infm of all Gems manages school. Our Own is also a gems managed school. But not so expensive, its a cbse, board.

Delhi private school(DPS) is in Jebelali, quite close to Discoverygardens................. walking distance. DPS is also a good school, falls in between Modern and ur own for the fees.

Discoverygardens - 1 bedroom rents start from 95000 dhs per year and 2 beds are i think 1,20,000/-.

Where are you now??Can you access GULF NEWS- newspaper- PROPERTY SECTION- Flats for rent in discovery gardens................ you will have lot of infm.

Do write back to me and shall give you any other details that you require. If its a longterm plan and if you wish things easily accessible to you, then THE GARDENS/ DISCOVERYGARDENS is the nest place as of today. your husbands' access to office, all school buses ply that side , and if DPS.......nothing like it and you are close to IBN BATUTA mall, which has GEANT hypermarket for all your needs. As a matter of fact, THE GARDENS, the community project already has so many families settled that you can find, anything and evrything around you, for eg, tutions for your kid, friends, contacts, grocery .. everything.

With the METRO, likely to get moving in 2 years, life will be easy from that part of dubai to anywhere.

Albarsha---------------- you will have access to the MALL OF EMIRATES that has Carrefour for your everyday needs and also LULU that has opned up ............... and as said, schhol buses, all of them, do some to al barsha.

Hope this sets in you for the moment. Hope if i have said something wrong, the others who read this , from Dubai,...................will correct ................
