Idea! IL Exclusive bargains/classifieds

Hi Ladies,

Its been rather long I logged in, time time but no time

Firstly many thanks for keeping those emails rolling, its fun to smile when I open my mailbox in the morning:) Life is otherwise so full of pressures, if we can make each other smile, I think the website's working

Just an idea that hit my mind..we all have stuff at home like
- useless
- or in a good condition but of no use to us,
- stuff that we kinda need but takes the space that we can otherwise clean up
- stuff i can think : toys/books/stationery/cushions/home accessories

Whoever puts it up, just put the option of whether its for sale or want it give it away for free..as they say someone's loss being another's gain!

Taking this one step further, whenever that happens, gather old clothes, packed food, medicines and give it to charities from IL. Will take effort but I promise you will all feel very good having give something of yours to someone who needs it more than you

i think thats a very good idea. i have got a few kitchen items which i purchased but not used even once. also medicines so many medicines but dont know where to give.
i think there should be some place where these medicines can go to the labourers or poor people residing in dubai since medicines are so expensive out here

There is a place which takes care of women in distress in Dubai. If you guys have any of the below, let me know and we will find a way of getting it to them.

1. Old clothes for women and children
2. Medicines
3. Electronics - coffee maker/vacuum cleaner

Its a good cause and a better than throwing it away...

pls post the details of the womens in distress. always i get medicines which i dont like to throw but we dont use them much. i think i can give them out.

Every friday they are collecting in Mall of emirates between 11 to 12 @ level 2, Row B Carrefour Entrance

U can find a SUV with helping hand poster
or u can call that volunteers to collect the stuff
