The friday meet will be the first Indus Ladies Family Meet. But I am sure we wil be having many more coming.. So, stay in touch with this forum and we can meet as often as possible..

We will surely miss you on the 16th. But this is just the start and we will meet again soon. Since you stay so close we can meet up for coffee sometime. So how is your usual day like? Me i have the morning free 930am to 2pm so as you can see i get a bit of time to be on IL.
Keep posting and you will surely make your half century . we all have so much to chat about you will hardly know when you have crossed the mark.

I live in the building opposite to AlRafa Maternity hospital in AlKuwait Street, Bur Dubai.. Like Preethi mentioned, since we stay closer, we can meet for coffee mornings once we pack the kids to school... and ofcourse there will be many more IL Meets coming up.

SMALL CHANGE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

Gooooood morning Ladies,

Last evening, myself and Preethi went to Zabeel Park to check out where we can meet and stuff like that.. Here are a few updates after our visit

1. Gate No. 3 has better access and better facilities.. Once you enter, there are big fountains on both sides and there is a colorful wooden horse and a exhibition hall on the right side. The other gates have bbq stands and it might get pretty crowded on a friday evening... So, can i request you all arrive at GATE NO 3 on 16th!! You can get your ticket and enter through gate no 3 and walk to your right side.. we will all meet near the Colorful Wooden Horse and the Exhibition Hall. Me/Preethi/Usha will be having a small plackard saying "Indus Ladies Family Meet"

2. Yesterday, me and Preethi left home at 6pm and the weather was still pretty warm. So, if we meet at 5pm, we are sure to get roasted.. So, shall we move our meeting by 30mins and gather together at 5:30pm?? I am not suggesting a later time because, if we meet at 5:30pm and start introducing ourselves, it will be close to 6:30pm when we actually start interacting.. that will be a good time to settle down in the grass and have a short snack and start the evening with whatever fun things we want to do.

3. You are welcome to bring outdoor game kits and board game kits. The end time of the meet totally depends on how much time we all can afford to spend..

Usha and me are working on the final list of attendees for the 16th.. I will be sending a confirmed list shortly.

Please address any questions/comments/suggestions without any hesitation. Your feedback will be very useful in making this Meet and grand success!

We surely baked for a while but the train ride cooled us down a bit. Have you got a conf from Priya I have not seen her posts in a while.
Ladies it was fun just imagining where we all will sit and the fun we will be having - can't wait for the 16th now.
