Hey Ladies!

Here is the final list of attendees for the IL Meet on the 16th.. Please have a look and get back to me with any concerns/corrections/suggestions!

We will be meeting on the 16th of May, friday, 5pm in Zabeel Park. Please get your entry tickets and enter through Gate No 2. There will be fountains on both sides... Once you get in, look for an Indus Ladies Meet Plackard on the right side.. We will all gather there and head to the park for our picnic.

Usha has gracefully agreed to arrange for the snacks. The cost for the snacks will be shared by all participating families.

You are welcome to bring any outdoor game accessories for adults and kids.

I have acknowledged the post and asked her to check for updates in the BurDubai thread.

Can we have wednesday (14th May) as the due date for Bala and Lata to confirm about their participation?

The preferred timing on Girija's confirmation is in the morning. She has not confirmed 5PM meet.I called her now and she will check with her DH & let us know.

Looks like Bala/ Lata may not be able to join in. Let us consider them as not confirmed. They may decide to come only at the very last minute.
