Indians in Bur Dubai!! - what can we do to make better use of our time?

Hi Friends

I have nominated Sylvia's thread for the finest post for May. I feel is has really made the Dubai chapter come alive and got us all talking and looking forward to take our friendships from just online to meeting with families. It has really made us feel comfortable enough to share with each other and form a community of friends.

Reading Preethi's nomination of this thread and the initial post by Sylvia for the FP of the month, I was tempted to come here and I so wish that I too could join all of you there in the parks of Dubai:)
It is really heart warming to see the enthusiasm of all of you. I wish you all a great time and fun and surely some long lasting friendships will develop from this.
Ladies, you do make me feel guilty. I confess that Ihave not been able to motivate neither myself nor the ILites around where I live for such a meet :(....Got to learn!

This is Babita.Been a sleeping member of this wonderful site since 4 months.Would like to ask a quickie ? Are people staying in Deira,Naif Road welcomed to the meet on 16th may to be held at Zabeel Park.We are actually having a community meet on 16 at karama.But would like to join this meet also.Just asking to ensure as read that this meet is only limited to ladies staying Bur Dubai.If yes,then if i am not able to make this time,can i come the next time you all meet..

Would be very thankful if i get quick reply so that i can confirm too.
