Indians in Ras Al Khaimah Meet here

Hi Suja,

There is 'Pure Veg' at cornishe. There is 'Venus' hotel at Nakheel.
Hotel 'Karan' near Vegeterian , you get good chaat there.

At Mannar mall, there is Maharaja. It serves real good vegeterian food and has a separate veg menu.

Ceasar's is also there at cornishe. These are the few hotels I know that serve veg food.

If you know of some interesting places other than these then let me know.

There is one Al Tawoon establishment they are making placement services, you can find their ads in gnads4u.com also you have DULSCO placement consultant, if you go to dulsco.com you'll get their rak branch number.

As far as restaurants, is karan chat good?, bcos when karan was opened we tried
2-3 dishes including samosa, malai kofta, roti, everything was totally a waste, it was like bachlor's inexperienced cooking, we tried this pure veg restaurants bhel puri-not up to mark, also some other dishes, venus restaurant-we ordered veg fried rice which had only capsicum and cabbage in raw state, also delayed service. Only Vegetarian restaurant in nakeel we find upto mark. Caesar's -ive their menu card, highly expensive.
You may find a big critic in me as far as restaurants are concerned bcos i was in dubai before where you've good deal of restaurants all catering tasty food, you've to choose from a big list as to where to go but RAK restaurants are run by anybody who knows to use the gas stove.

As for restaurants, compared to Dubai RAK is way behind. As what I have heard about Karan the chaat only is good and for Venus, the south Indian food(only) is good.

Vegeterain and Cesars are no doubt the best. Try Maharaja also, its in Manar Mall and its good. Pure Veg is not up to the mark at all. Vegetairian also caters at my husbands office and the food is real good.

Suja do we have IL meets in RAK, I would love to meet you guys but it seems that only you are active on this forum. I am waiting to get PM privliges so that we can share phone numbers.
