I came back from UAE just few months back. I was staying in Abudhabi for 7 years. and I had put my daughter in Eduscan Nursery in Khalidiya. Its really a very good school. My daughter enjoyed and learn t a lot in the school. you can try there.

Hi, my son has turned 3 and i'm looking out for a good school as well. i know all itnernational schools have closed admissions for sept, but i think i'll put him in one of the nurseries for the first year? anyone know any good ones? how about little buds? they charge less but i not sure if they take care of the kids? I went to Humpty Dumpty, they are really really neat but way too expensive.

any suggestions anyone??? and i need to put my son till 4 pm since i'm working...

thanks..

Hi mdmini,

I too faced a similar situation before deciding to put her at Noah's Ark.

Since I too am working, my tot is at the babysitter after finishing her preschool.
The baby sitter provides her with fresh home cooked lunch each day which I think is really good, unlike the preschools where there is no such facility.

U can check Giggles as well. I've heard that its really good though bit pricey.

We have other IL's who have their kids ar Sara, Merryland & other nurseries.
U can wait for their inputs as well.

my daughter goes to little buds nursery.from my experience they are very good.before my duaghter hardly knew a word of english, now she knows all the sahapes(squares, circle etc),abcd....z,n many ryhmes.they gve little coluring homeworks in the weekend for them to get prepared for the heavy loaded ones in kg and overall i feel my daughter has learned a lot and she really loves going to school.

hi mini
as far as i remmeber at little buds they do babysitting for the kids whose parents are working,i think they charge 10 dhm per hour.schools like stepping stones, humpty dumpty, fisrt steps, giggles etc are quite expensive but must be equaly good.so check out some places before u make a decision i have made a directory of the nurseries' if want i'll give it to you.
