Tourist interest- Places to visit in UAE

Dear all,
jun 2nd v r going back to india via Dubai,my hubby booked ticket just 2 hrs halt in dubai ,mid' of the night,but i want suggestion from u all,i'll ask my hubby to stay there for 2 days in dubai ,i want to know which r the main places to visit with in 2 days,may be 1 1/2 days,i am thinking abt car rash drive in desert,which'll be very int' & thrilling. also will it be very costly for 1 night stay in hotel?
so pls give me info .

Safa laready provide u some sites, but i would suggest u some of my fav spots-

1) Jumerira Beach & Burj Al Arab-nice place to see & burj al arab is a one of the world's best hotel & it's in the sea itself

2) Some good shopping malls although i don't know abt now more, but some of the malls are really good to see+for shopping too.

3) For desert safari it takes whole 1 day so upto U.

4) If u want to shop gold, go to Gold Souk or Bur dubai.

the golden shop,is very much tempting me to buy,some of friends told me to buy it in the gold souk,but some persons r advising not to buy,becoz they'll cheat on ct,is it true???:confused: shall i buy gold there??

I never heard it, dxb gold is the pure gold & ask them for slip too. It's safe to buy gold from Gold Souk. As far as i know

Visit Gold centre. No one will cheat you. Besides Burjal Arab, visit Ibn Battuta and ski Dubai.

Hi Vivbass,

When u visit to Burjal Arab see to that u r in their dress code. Last year we went and the first day they did not allow us and next day we wore according to their dress code and were allowed. Have a nice stay.
