Default spouse visa for spouse of general-migrant tier-2 visa holder

Hi All,
I am Anand, who moved to UK just on 1st August,2009. I got engaged last week. My marriage is in Feb 2010. Could somebody tell me the procedure for getting the spouse visa asap after my marriage so that I can come back with my spouse after a week of my marriage in india in Feb.
Regarding my status:
I plan to get married according to the hindu rituals. I have General Migrant Tier-2 visa which is valid till June2012. My fiance is working in a Indian bank since last two years.

Waiting for your responses.

Thanks and Regards,
Anand

Hi Anand,
A good day to you

As u have your Visa valid till June 2012, I think it's pretty straight forward then. Ur fiance' would be able to apply for her dependant / Spouse visa. If you browse through the UK Border Website u would be able to find what are the documents you need to supply them. I am sure you would be fine

Hope this clears a bit

Kasturi
