i find nottingham as old city.
its almost 6 months i been here but couldnt find any indian friends.
trying to find some indian grocery shops.if u can let me am thankful

welcome to nottingham. how r u . its very nice and happy to know someone from nottingham . i am from nottingham. as for as oindian shops r concerned go to area called as hyson green. you get all indian groceries, sweets, beauty parlour,etc.(though it is not 100% indian mostly pakistani). there are shops called moghul, medina , hyson green. we buy our groceries there. by the way which area in nottingham are u from ,ofcourse u can say it if u dont mind or else no problem. bye reply if u find it usefull

hi ramarsita, yeah i too think these r the only places ...and are the ONLY places we in nottingham have for Indian goodies...bit limited for choices. wen did u guys come over to Notts and how long re you here for?

yes indeed time is flying. i still remember the way high street and asda looked for me on the first day in uk. it is a pleasent memmory, that i want to keep it fresh always
