i am not sure of harrow but there is this place called shakthi cash n carry if u call them they will send ur items by post!prolly there are more shops in east ham or southall coz indian population are more there.guess other il-ites living in london can help u!

Hope u must have heard of ealing road, Wembley....there u get practically aal the Indian grocery.......if u r in wealdstone then Bhajans is a gud store......there r gud cash n carry shops in Pinner road as well.......a lot depends where in harrow u stay....tc

i dont know where u live in harrow but Moon cash and carry in Rayners lane os very good. there are others too in the area but this is the best by far.
