I live near westheimer and eldridge but I couldn't tell you how far you are from me as westheimer is a very very long road, so..you could be as near as 2 mins away or as far as an hour's drive.

I am not working and am at home and have a 10 month old baby girl.Moti bagh is between dhaula kuan and narayana, right? I used to have some friends there long back..

well ya moti bagh is near dhaula kuan...so which sector are you from in Rohini? I have a friend there in Sec 7 rite opposite to M2K hall...

My Name is Kalpana and I have been in US for the last 7+ years. I got my M.S(computer science) in Oklahoma and have been working for the last 5 years. I came to Houston in the summer of 2006. I am married and have a 7 month old daughter. My husband works as a research scientist and I am working as a senior SAP Basis/Portal Administrator. I am originally from Andhra Pradesh but can speak hindi, telugu and tamil fluently and currently we live in the west part of houston near the intersection of Dairy Ashford and Briar Forest. Me and my husband are busy with work life most of the time and have not got a chance to meet new Indian friends. My hobbies are cooking, gardening and reading. I hope to get to know people and make some new friends thru this forum.

Nice to meet you. The baby looks lovely. If you have gone through the posts before in this thread, you would have seen neha, Abhi, Sushila, Sharada, Ria and myself in this gang so far. Sharada, Sushi, Abhi ane me- we met once and Abhi and me met a couple of times after that.

We are glad to have you here with us. Looks like we have loads of SAP ians in IL, Houston ...

Cooking and Reading, hmm...I am sure you ll find lots of posts and discussions on them.

Thanks for the welcome email. Yes I have seen some of the posts in the thread and am eager to meet and get to know all the ladies. I spoke to Ria yesterday and we might meet this weekend as we live very close by to each other. Please let us know if you have time this weekend and we can all plan and meet.

I have read that you are a busi girl that's good to keep yourself busy and now with your sweet little baby you must be really busy.
