Hi Deepti,

My name is Malathy. We now live near the Dell campus in Round Rock. Earlier, we lived in a apartment close to Dell in Parmer. It is an apartment called 'Village of Sage creek' in North Lamar Blvd about 1 to 2 miles to Parmer. It was a good one.

You can search for it in apartments.com or in rent.com and you should be able to find it. Or just google the apartment name and you should be able to find more about it.

That's the speciality of Austin. I too used to wonder the same way when I saw Indians in the temple and in Austin tamil sangam events. But not around the place I lived.

To my knowledge, North Austin has many Indians living there all settled in own houses and have their own community and groups. So you don't get to see many out here making friends.

I Also Live near the Dell campus in Round Rock. Don't know about any apartments on Parmer. Which ever apartment you decide to get make sure to ask them out about Dell discount.

Thank you very much for your info. We have finally decided on the apt. - Mandalay apts. So, where do you'll live in Round Rock. Do you have desis there.

BTW, what are the good grocery stores here and what about Indian vegetables. Do we get them in regular stores or only in Indian stores.
