Accommodation available for 1 person in Bern

Hi,

I have one room available in a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment between Koniz and Bern main city.
The room is available from April 1st 2009.
The place benefits from proximity to public transport (2 mins walk) and shops/restaurants.
By bus, Bern central station is about 7 minutes and Koniz station is also around 6-7 minutes.
Has two balconies and bathroom fittings are modern with a bath tub.
I am a first year PhD student.
The rent for the room would be 700 CHF and this includes the gas bill and house insurance as well. Electricity,Phone and Internet bills would be separate.
