I'm planning to do bhadusha(sweet) for this deepavali (first time). If anyone knows or tried it pls share the recipe.

Hi cinduja, thanks for referring the link. It is very useful, not only for baadhusha, for other exiciting sweets like chirotee, makhan peda...etc.. which I have'nt heard and are too tempting. I would Like to try those too.

You can find this on the sanjeev kumar cooking books, Khana kazana. Wonderful book, i like it a lot with several recipes. You get a separate books to learn only sweets.
