Hello Ladies

I would like to know the how much we could carry to Singapore, for adult and for infant. Also how much does it cost to pay for extra baggage.

I have a set of flash cards for my baby which is quite heavy. Heard you could carry books beyond the weight limit....any clues????

well I'am anitha. I live in bangalore. i'am married and i have a one year old daughter. Professionally i'am a teacher, teaching computer science both for middle and high school.

i am hema.i am here in sg for past 3 years.basically i am also a teacher.i have a great passion in teaching.in sg its hard to find a teacher job in schools .i tried more than 6 times with moe but in vain.

Like you guys, I am also a qualified teacher...did my B.Ed from Lady Wellington college, Triplicane. I am here for the past 8yrs. & applied to MOE several times but every time I faced only rejection. If you are keen on teaching, apply to private schools like DPS / GIIS/UWC / ACS etc. or apply for relief teaching.

Still if you failed to get in through...take up a diploma/degree course from the local universities like NUS or NTU...definitely, you will be acknowledged! MOE pays more attention to local graduates than the overseas qualificated tutors.
