| after watching the movie, i feel that all the oldies should give away for the newer generation. Kamal is good, but somehow i feel that this movie has bits from everywhere. Matrix, stunts from jackie chan's movie. I thought jackie chan is going to be in the movie, coz he was invited to the lauch. K.S.Ravikumar sure has a lot of patience in this movie. The graphics wasn't too real, but kamal does well in his roles. I feel that sometimes, that ever since Avuvai Shunmugi, he got a thing for those costumes:P Dinesh. |

Regarding Kamla's penchant for putting on different make-ups I remembered a joke. In Chennai in marina beach two people going for walk observe Charu Haasan (Kamal's elder brother ) going ahead. One person told other 'Look, Charu Haasan" to which the other person said " you may be wrong it may be Kamal in Charu Haasan's make-up". ![]() Love, Geetha Iyer |

I too felt the same thing while watching the movie. The fact is Kamal could not be recognised in some make-ups. I felt that it could have been some one else like they use dupes in fighting. The strength of the movie also is its weakness i.e fast moving scenes. So you are not able to really appreciate Kamal in one get-up fully. I felt that atleast four to five characters Kamal playing are redundant and they are there just to create the record. Kamal himself is talking of the hard work he had to put in doing the make-ups for several hours and to have different dictions and maintain the continuity etc. Yes, hats off to Kamal for that. But, they are not backed up by a good story and in the end we see not only ten Kamlas but also several good actors like Nagesh, K.R.Vijaya just paraded without aim. Love, Geetha Iyer |

| It is a good movie if we dont expect logic at various scenes. But Kamalahaasan has made lot of efforts to picturize his 10 roles that is greatly appreciated.

| Hi Friends, Just back from GV Yishun, The movie 'Dasavathram' is running house-full; I was able to see few Chinese also in the movie hall. Being a small hall, the audio was too much. My children were just closing their ears! Sub-titles were really a boon to many...hope they continue to do it for other movies too. Then, regarding the movie what to say? I went & saw after reading all our ' IL' reviews. I saw the movie without much expectation or logic it. Therefore, I was able enjoy it. As many feel one can watch the movie...for kamal's effort, hard work, sincerity & his devotion towards cinema.
