Hi, We are planning to shift to SG as my hubby is working there. My daughter is doing her 3rd std now. planning to take test in public school in SG. how the exams will be ? will c get the same level of grade (P3) in SG too ? what kind of preparation we have to do ? pls anyone having experience and suggestion help me out. it would be really useful for us.
Hi Subbam, Welcome to SG. The level will be decided based on her age. If she was born in 2006, she will get a seat in P3 (primary 3), but if its 2007, then she will be placed in P2. I am not sure about the entrance tests though. I think it should be based on basic Math and English skills. I do not have any experience (or even know someone who had gone through) with these entrance tests, so unable to give much info on preparations, sorry. Best wishes!
