    My friend is in Singapore and she is having a hard time finding Ricotta Cheese . Can anyone suggest a particular shop where it's available?

    Ricotta making is similar to making paneer....there are some how to videos on youtube in case she ends up making it.

    I take ricotta from Market place.
    Only once I got it in cold storage.

    Many FairPrice shops have them. I get it from Fairprice in Tampines Mall. It is also available at Mustafa's and many Cold Storage outlets.
