Just now i logged and gone thru this thread.First of all let me thank u for ur suggestion reg spices.
Now i putting here a big stuff which i have experienced.

Well, First we used to order to Selvi online, we noticed that most of the groceries from them r not branded (loose items),so, gave up
then afterwards, we used to order to karthika, it is ok.after some deliveries onwards, they started to send old stock for some items and their response for our questioning back is also not good, so , finally we bumped into chennai trading,in which they will not only deliver groceries but also fresh vegetables.we felt very happy and worth ordering to them.But, last month vegetable were all spoiled,as these drivers will be delivering late nights,so they wont be there till we open and go thru the checklist and they will be saying if anything is missing, they will be delivering again.
when i asked the supervisor(chennai trading) abt the vegetables,he is saying that their staffboys packed three days before it seems and he asked us to deduct that amount in the next months bill.This month i ordered them again,not yet delivered, might be tomorrow,will catch u up again with that stuff.
now reg to ur query abt delivery, CT will be delivering for free when the bill is 80$'s,once u bcom a regular customer to them,sometimes if u request they will be delivering for 6o$'s also.
hmm.. sorry yar , when ur asking me abt something, i should be genuine to u with my experience&knowledge.

i really felt very uncomfortable after reading ur experiences after ordering online.
it is so bad on the part of these traders when they do assure gd things n then turn nowhere to our mark.
so 4 of us to party?where r everybody else?

Thanks for the detailed reply. As you mentioned selvi packs goods in their own label.

As for chennai trading can you give me the contact numbers, since we can order the veggies also it seems good.

Please make sure to mention them that all the items and vegetables to be fresh.
u also mention housebrand dhals(tur dhal,udad dhal,...),otherwise they r going to send the ordinary loose stuff.
