Hi all, i do shop for groceries in mustafa ,vegge sometimes in little india or frm sheng siong,or frm local wet markets.usually wet markets stuff is quite fresh. then for health pros at NTUC. it is just my kid is more happy while shopping otherwise i 2 feel i shld buy it online. so how r all ilites doing here? bye raji...

Hi Spandana.. Nope, I havent bought the paratha's from mustafa :(.. I was too much loaded with the veggies and groceries, I had to give it a go..:( may be this weekend, I can enjoy ![]() Spandana did you try the Cumin Seeds by Time brand? They are far better than other products. Till now, I havent faced any problems with mustard seeds. Corainder seeds sometimes.. Since I hardly use coriander seeds, I dont mind if I got minimal extra things in those. The cumin seeds, which you buy from the shops down your blocks will have more dust and extra things like small twigs (and sometimes insects too) than the ones from little india, so I refrain from buying in the downshops (except in case of urgency). Well.. may be other ILites will share their experience Hv a grt time Sarada

Hi sarada, Thamks for putting in ur views.I tried so many brands from mustafa but i dont think Time brand. Will give a try? As u said, let others also share their views for a crystal clear idea. Cheers, Spandhana

dear Spandana Thanks for participating in this thread. Regarding your query, The time brand from Mustaffa seemed to be fine. But last month I got them from selvi stores and the cumin seeds and other spices are better than mustaffa (though a bit costlier). The shop is in the small road adjacent (left) to Andhra curry. you can order online also. Give a try!

Hi babyraji Welcome to this thread! We SIlites are doing fine and wish you the same. As you mentioned wet market stuffs are fresh but nowadays many areas do not have one , you see. So we have to settle for supermarket stuff or little india. Kids are happier because they can pick up things and they mostly like to handle the trollies. Now
