    Hi all,
In my experience, we can get home made curd with full cream milk & a spoon of Nestle curd. I used to prepare every two days once with this method. Its very nice & cheaper, too.
I have tried to achieve a good & tasty curd with both Fair price full cream milk( carton) and Farmhouse full cream milk( pink carton).
Only thing source must be a nice textured curd, then whatever u prepare at home wl be good. Good luck

Store bought curd will be pasteurized to increase shelf life. So they usually do not have live cultures which are needed to make curd.

Usually restaurants make their own curd and it will have live culture.

Get take home meals from some veg restaurant there and add that curd to room temperature milk. :)

Even Dutch lady full cream milk didn't work for yogurt. Then I started using cowhead pure milk n it's working.
