Can Indians live in Riyadh

My sister got one proposal in Riyadh, How about Riyadh culture. We are from India, We don’t know how the people and culture in Riyadh.

Could you clarify me some doubts.
-Indians are more in Riyadh
-Cost of living in Riyadh, How much a couple needs to lead a normal life?
-Culture customs and food in Riyadh
-Indian can feel more comfortable in Riyadh as like India/ USA.
-Can dependent can work in Riyadh.
- My sister is a commerce graduate, Will she get job in SA?
- If she works whether she should wear burka or she can wear our costume (Hindus).

I lived there for an year...and we do have many from our country who have been living there for years.
