Please help doctor from india

Hello i am an orthopedic surgeon and my wife is a gynacologist ,
we have been posted in ,jazan ,soudi arabia, in ministry of helth MOH ,
i wanted to know the work environment,tension .about the people ,etc...
so if any doctor (or knows anything about the field)in jazan, soudi arabia,can help me answer these major issues ...
i would be really really grateful...
please help its URGENT since i need to know within september 2009....still waiting RELPY....
