moving to Saudi

I am an Indian maharashrian married girl. My husband have an offer for a job in multinational company as an executive secretary in Riyadh . Salary offered 9000 SR. I want to know
1) Is this salary good enough for middle class family of 2 ( husband & wife)
2) what are the rules and restrictions for ladies overthere?
3) Can I get a job there?( I am working in Traveling co. as a customer care
executive) in similar post?
4) what is the cost of living in Riyadh?
5) I heard that life i Saudi is tough for ladies is this true?

Please reply urgently, specially ladies who are Indian living in Saudi .
