Will My Dream Ever Become A Reality!?

Hello ladies,

Im an Indian, married with two kids and living in Saudi Arabia for many years since my child hood.

I am very much interested in doing some business from home.
I can say im very creative in arts and craft, embroidery and many other things and crave to learn something new all the time.

I plan(dream) to open up a parlour or a boutique or to start a clothing business from home etc. (does anyone know where I can buy bandhini suits material in bulk and wholesale from India)


But I dont know how to go about it.Here,we cant go out on our own,can't drive, we are so dependent on our husbands here that even for buying vegetables we have to go with them!
Here we are stuck in the house from morning to night and can go out only on the weekends.

Sometimes I think that if I was in India then maybe I could have done something on my own as I have more freedom there.

I wonder if my dream will ever become a reality?

Are there any other ladies who feel like I do, then please feel free to comment.

Dont worry. Am someone who's sharing your dream. I'm in India and will be moving to Riyadh shortly. Even i would like to do some home based business from there. Here i used to make and sell designer candles but i am not sure whether this is a fast moving item there like in India. I think you can do small scale business from home and do advertising online. Also you can talk to friends. I think word of mouth is the best advertisement. I know it'll be tough there as u cant drive and go out on your own to buy stuffs. You need to depend on your husband for that. Or try to find out some good indian guy who can sell your stuffs from his shop. This is how i used to sell my candles in India. Hope this can help you out.

thanks for ur comments, i do keep myself busy doing art work and embroidery but still there is a wish in my heart to do something big!

i'l be posting some of my works in the arts and craft and embroidery section in a day or two.

sunchiajju, when u come to riyadh please do contact me-i would love to learn candle making from u!
as u know there r lots of readymade candles available here and that too in a very reasonable price at each and every store so it would be a good idea that u hold candle making classes here, i'm sure many ladies (like me)here would be eager to learn this craft.
