to improve english

Hi friends,
I am from Riyadh and i would like to get a job. The problem is that i am not much fluent in english. I am qualified but time will be needed to speak fluently. I don't expect general answers like watch movies ,listen news. because I practised it several times.Now i need language exchange. But I don't want to misuse this.i am a woman and i would like to get a friend from ladies. Is there anydoby to help me??? please.................
