Reloating to AlKhobar

Hello to everyone! My husband is in Alkhobar and I am planning to relocate shortly. This is Rukmini and I have been born and brought up in Hyderabad until my 12th grade and then moved to Canada for my under graduation. I took honors in ComputerScience-Software Engineering (you can call it a B.E or a B.Tech) and worked in US for 4 years. I have moved back to hyderabad in 2007. I am married for few month and am working as a lead in an MNC. My hobbies include reading books and sketching. I do paint but not a good one. I can do portraits looking at you (the picture depicts you depending on my mood :) ). I am also a sports person adn have played shuttle in medak district as a kid. Above all these, I love indulging in any bhajans ( not tied t any specific diety. I believe that God is one but appears in different forms at different time based on the situation at those times). I am currently an active member in Bhagawan Sathya Sai Organization and am very eager and anxious to know if there are any Sathya sai centers in and around AlKhobar. If not the centers any community or a group of devotees. Being active in this organization I spend quality of my past time in the org's activities. I take up Youth and BalaVikas.

you may get group of ppls but not the centers....beware u of Muttawas (religious police)

HI Ruckmini,

Happy to see your post. But in Saudi you have to wear 'Burka' and must cover your head. We are not allowed to celebrate or even we cant carry any god's photo with us while traveling to Saudi. Please dont bring any thing like that. They will just throw them out in the Airport. sorry to say this but it is true. Dont bring anything belongs to our community. It will give you trouble in your travel. Keep small 'bindi'.ok ya?
