Activities for women/children in riyadh

Hello ppl!
I live in an aprtment here.and i really worry about my kids being confined 2 the house all the time-school period n shopping n parks in weekend. I really want to know if there are classes available here n riyadh for kids and women on any co curicular subject.pls help.
