Any one from Saudi Arabia?

Hi IL,

I am Pinky and am living in Jubail. I like to see the sewing machine models here in Saudi. I already visited Geant, Carrefour etc, which has sewing machines but not the model I want. Have anyone ever seen a singer showroom or any other sewing machine showroom here in Dammam / Khobar area?

Also I have heard that there is a craft store by name Al Zamil in Khobar. Where is it exactly located?

I know Al zamil but I could not tell you the route. But they deal with AC, Washing machine. But I dont know about sewing machine. Any how please wait and let him come from the office and I will ask and reply you. OK?

Hi Pinky,

The Korean Market is known as "Jaurah Market" and it is a big complex before "Alissa Souk" in Kobhar. Just opposit to 10 SR shop. I this is enough for you.

So nice of you Mam.

We call this 10 SR shop area as Labour Market area, right? . I know this area and will ask my husband to take me there.

Dear Krishnamma Mam,

Finally this weekend I got a chance to roam around in Khobar for the search of a sewing machine.

First I could easily locate the JAWHARA commercial centre which is exactly opposite to the 10 Riyal shop. But Bad luck I did not see any shops having a sewing machine.
Somebody told that one of the shops selling sewing machine was closed now.
As per their instruction I crossed the road I went behind the SONY showroom to check for the other sewing machine shops. I could not find any.

By this time My husband and daughter were in a hurry to go to Sparkys and I had to return. Next weekend I will try to search somemore shops.

iam madhu ia stay in khobar, i have ur message so i think u r in search of a sewing machine. i have seen few shops in khobar one place where u get hand sewing maching is if u know the castle in khobar there is10 riyal shop opposite to that in that i have seen it . it is good even embroidery also available so u can have a look and few more shop in 8thstreet that is called ladiesmarket so u can find them there. i reside near by to that market.ok then all the best.
