Hi Vijaya,
Nothing to Panic. normally in chennai we take the kid to the mosque at 6 & so when they come out after the prayer they blow for the child. Im not sure if u can understand tamil so just trying to explain. They say its some bad eye so we do it & it really worked for my son twice. im not sure if they r doing it here. Try to check with some indan muslims around.

Diarrhea is usually caused by viruses that infect the lining of the stomach and intestines (gastroenteritis).
Sometimes it is caused by bacteria or parasites.
Occasionally a food allergy or drinking too much fruit juice may cause diarrhea.
If your child has just one or two loose bowel movements, the cause is probably something unusual your child ate. A diet of nothing but clear fluids for more than 2 days may cause green, watery bowel movements (called "starvation stools").
And moreover you havent mentioned if the stools are foul smelling !!!
one more thing : if your kid has any health problem that is bothering you , the pediatrician is the best person to contact.
Getting green stools could be dangerous too .

I've experienced it often with my 3yr old DD. whenever she didnt have food properly the previous day, she will have green stool the next morning. my paed once told me this and i started observing her and it was same. feed him enough food, then i think he'll be fine. but if u have it frequently on the same day itself, better consult ur paed, that will be good.
