life in qatar

hi IL ladies in doha my warm wishes to all of u,i hav a query right now we r living in UAE,my DH got a very nice offfer frm qatar foundatoin n wants to move thier ,can someone pls throw some light how is life in doha?compared to UAE ,n about how much salary is ok to survive a decent life with family excluding house n school fees, we r family of 4,thanx in advance.This is very imp. for me to know so that we can take a wise decesion.

Hi Geethanjali, QF is a very nice place to land in Qatar.You have said u got a nice offer in QF.U can come to Qatar with ur eyes closed now as QF is one of the best pay master and a proffesional place to land in Qatar.

Yep, even Qataliving can give u an insight about Qatar.

If u exclude the House rent and school fees, I would say that a minimum salary of QR 15000 would give you a very good margin on savings.This is my personal opinion.

Hi geeta, is this your username or real name.Well i live in TCA.What about u?The offer is not in QF.Are u working.If not,lets meet else even IL is comfortable!.Am basically a tamilian; natives of Palakkad .What about u.How old are ur kids.Are they in Indian school or Sherwood.Have u decided on schools.Have found BPS and DPS are good.Even MES. If u refer my mails An IL member told me schools only open on September 27th in Qatar.Hence we might have to plan accordingly.keep in touch

compared to UAE ,,i believe qatar is a place were u can stay more peacefully even though u dont have enough entertainment here ,,,,but still am a person hu like this country a lot ,,,anyways best of luck,,,

i have one daughter aged 7 in indian school.have you applied for TC as sherwood is closing faster.WIll u be exiting soon or are u available for sometime.
