Hi ladies

I am new to Doha-been here for about 2 months now and liking it a lot so far!I am working at qatar foundation and my hubby's with QP-i have a 5 year old son....

I had a querry bout grocery shopping-like in india,do we get loose provisions here which we can weigh and buy?we require not too much of provisions like pulses and dal-but ive seen that the minimum stores like FFC and lulu sell is 500gms....was wondering if there are stores that sell provisions by weight?

would be great if someone could shed some light on this

Welcome to Doha.

In LULU or FFC u can get only 500 gms as minimum, but u can try in some small shops near your house. By the way, where are u in doha

u can find lose and good quality pulses at the irani souq.
